Petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani Town P.S.

Case No.227 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner could not produce any paper with respect to motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2018.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66195 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
