The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 519/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one packet of Alprozole tablet has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 11.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
