2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing and setting aside the final selection list issued vide Memo No. 2121 dated 02.12.2020 (Annexure-8), schedule for interview of candidates vide Memo No. 2104 dated 19.11.2020 issued by the District Program Officer, East Champaran (Annexure- 6) and the merit list vide Memo No. 1974 dated 12.09.2020 by the District Program Officer, East Champaran (Annexure- 5). ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.3529 of 2021 dt.29-01-2022 2/2 for taking into consideration the experience certificate of the Petitioner (Annexure-4) while finalizing the merit list towards selection of NMM- Block Coordinators and Block Project Assistants for the District- East Champaran.

iii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction for deferring the issuance of appointment letters to the selected candidates during pendency of the instant writ application before this Hon'ble Court or alternatively, for directing the appointment of NMM- Block Coordinators and Block Project Assistants for the District- East Champaran subject to outcome of the present writ application.

iv) For grant of such other order or direction for which the Petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. The petitioner has not impleaded such of those persons whose rights are likely to be affected in the event of quashing of final select list dated 02.12.2020 (Annexure-8). In the light of decision of the Apex Court in the case of Ranjan Kumar & Ors Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in (2014) 16 SCC 187 (Para 3 to 13), the writ petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition in accordance with law.
