2. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.153 of 2021(8) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 grant of following relief(s):

"for review of the order dated 21.03.2013 and subsequent order dated 15.04.2013 (for correction and modification or order dated 21.03.2013) of Hon'ble Justice Smt. Sheema Ali Khan (as lordship then was) passed in CWJC No. 3841 of 2012 of 2012, whereby, it has been held that "Considering the facts aforesaid, the order of the Commissiner, Patna dated 07.02.2012 passed in L.D.R. Appeal No.

129 of 2011 is hereby quashed. In the result, this writ application is allowed. It would be open for the party aggrieved to move the appropriate Forum for redressal of their grievance."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the civil review petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
