2. The present petition is the successive 2nd petition for bail, which raised on sole ground that the trial of petitioner before the learned trial court is not progressive.

3. Considering the submission, report was called for, which now made available to this Court through letter no. 84 dated 01.10.2024 from the office of Additional District & Sessions Judge-XVI, Gopalganj, wherein it appears that trial may likely to conclude within nine months.

However, considering the custody period, as petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2022, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively within six months, by taking this matter on board on day to day basis, if required, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail, if so advised.
