Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 18-03-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12437 of 2016 and the report of trial court goes to show that the case of petitioner has already been committed to the court of Sessions.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015 is, again rejected.

However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of
