Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.280 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 70 litres toddy has been recovered from Tempo. Petitioner is driver of Tempo. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
