JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420 and 416 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to be alleged to be an agent of G.T.F.S., company and she allured the informant to deposit Rs. 5,000/- annually and it was promised that she will get prize like T.V., Motorcyle etc. and after depositing Rs. 5,000/- for five years, the informant will get Rs. 30,000/- but no money was returned.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is a lady and has falsely been made accused in this case. Moreover, she has no criminal antecedent and has remained in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65918 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 custody for three months Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2016, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
