ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No.78 of 2014 registered under sections 341, 342, 379 and 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Case diary in the present case was called for which has been received.

No.31670 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altogether fabricated case has been lodged against these petitioners as the victim boy Pappu Singh had deserted his house and gone to live somewhere on account of certain dispute with his brother. Learned counsel for the State submits that such story has emerged during course of investigation and in paragraphs 5 and 7 of the case diary it has been stated that the victim went away many years back and has not come back home thereafter.

Considering the aforementioned facts and also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.78 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Md.S.
