JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the allegation of the petitioner being found in trade of illicit liquor and recovery of the same and other materials from his house, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
