The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.176 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354 379, 325 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that most of the injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature, the petitioner, who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent and is rotting in jail since 18.06.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with
