Six prosecution witnesses, as per the report dated 16.11.2021, had already been examined at the trial. The petitioner's counsel submits that altogether there are ten witnesses.

Having regard to the submission and the report, this Court is of the opinion that trial court should make all endeavors to conclude the trial expeditiously without any delay or unnecessary adjournments.

It is noted here that the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected on 27.9.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 46253 of 2019. This Court would further observe that if the trial is not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10256 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 concluded within three months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
