The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Board to make payment of valid dues of the petitioner (Bill No. 105 dated 23.02.2016) which has been kept pending without any valid reason or legal impediment in a most arbitrary manner. We have put a query to learned counsel for the petitioner whether he is ready to file a representation before the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, he submits that he shall do so within three weeks from today.
