Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 337, 353, 427, 345, 436, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of Railway Act, 1989.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one pillow of railway was recovered from the room of the petitioner and thereafter petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.07.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
