The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

FIR has been lodged against unknown on the basis of written statement of SHO, Sahebganj in which it is alleged that while police personnel were on patrolling duty, unknown persons fired upon them.

It is submitted that name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of co-accused Abhijeet Singh. No arms and ammunition or any incriminating

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52949 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
