The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(ix)(x) of the SC/ST Act.
The informant alleged that he is accountant of Surya Nest Built Ltd. Company. The petitioners being the partner of the company asked him to enter some forged bill in the accounts. On refusal, the petitioners are alleged to have abused the informant by naming his caste and assaulted him.
It is submitted that the petitioners are partners of the company and informant is an employee. Informant has filed this case for some ulterior gain.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30503 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 On the other hand learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
