The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 188, 283, 290, 435, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that due to accident having taken place, people gathered on the road and started raising slogan against police and also set the Police Jeep on fire. The petitioner is said to be one of the member of mob. He is in custody since 02.07.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64517 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
