2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 30(a), 37(c), 38(2) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2020, registered in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No. 645 of 2021.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the police raided the petitioner's house wherefrom 100 litres of country-made liquor was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged liquor and nothing has been recovered from his conscious

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after four months from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Court of Excise, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No. 645 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
