Mr.Ajay Kumar Jha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 (B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the younger brother-in-law (devar) was residing with the informant's family. The accused persons were making pressure on him to transfer his land in their favour. The named accused persons came to the house of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 52519 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 and they assaulted the informant and her family members. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. They have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that there is no injury at all on the persons of so called injured. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Danapur at Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 350 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
