The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation that his daughter was married to Harendra Sharma six years ago but on 09.03.2015 he came to know that his daughter was burnt to death. The informant made omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner who happens to be mother-in-law of deceased. It is submitted that there was partition in the family and petitioner was living separately from her son. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned
