The petitioner seeks bail in Gaunaha P. S. Case No. 67 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that police has arrested one Rafique Mian and he disclosed the name of Vikash Rai, Taufique Mian and other accused persons as mentioned in the written report. It is further alleged that co accused Vikash Rai has been arrested and he disclosed that he had taken the stolen vehicle from Chandan Kumar, Dharmendra Yadav and Arun Rai (petitioner).

There is no recovery of incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. The name of this petitioner has

The other co accused persons of this case have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench as well as by this Court vide orders passed in Cr. Petitioner is in custody since 29.6. 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-1st -cum Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gaunaha P.
