Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 504, 307, 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner is husband of the victim of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner has stated on oath that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. Considering the aforesaid statement of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
