Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47(A) & 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Twenty bottles Indian made foreign liquor containing 750 ml. each are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 28-072016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Samastipur Town P.S.
