2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 96, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of informant and thereafter, committed rape upon her.

4. The victim has supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement of victim recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51947 of 2025(3) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 custody since 27.05.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
