2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 jointly state that the dispute between the parties has now been settled and they have resumed their harmonious and matrimonial life together.

In the above view of the matter, let the petitioner as well as opposite party no. 2 appear before the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 918 of 2014 within a period of four weeks from today and file a joint petition to the above effect. If such a joint petition is filed within the period stipulated above, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29751 of 2015 (4) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.07.2015 shall stand confirmed.
