One bottle containing 800 ml. country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Udakishunganj at Madhepura in connection with Excise Case No.C-63 (7) of 2016.
