JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Marourna Police Station Case No. 122 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Sections 302/120B/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Prosecution case, in short, is that marriage ceremony of his sister was solemnized with co-accused Santosh Nayak in 2005. He received a telephonic message that his sister has been murdered by the father-in-law of the deceased with the help of other family members. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner has got no concerned with mess and property of the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 122 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Supaul, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
