This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 354, 363, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. For land dispute and occurrence of assault with intent to commit murder allegedly took place. it appears that simlarly situated co-accused, Ritu Raj and Amar Pratap, have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 40123 and 41042 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, or successor Court.
