2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 341, 323, 354(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he was trying to kidnap the minor girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since18.04.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55794 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner was caught on the spot while trying to kidnap the minor girl. He is in jail since 18.04.2024.

7. Considering the serious allegation that has come against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.
