The order passed in the writ petition was an innocuous order. The Court has clearly held that it is not going into the merit of the matter and only gives liberty to the petitioner to make a representation and the respondents to consider the same. The respondents from the show cause goes to say have paid P.F. dues to the petitioner, fixed his pension, paid arrears of pension and various other claims raised in the writ petition.
