ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Considering the aforementioned facts and the bonafide offer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30413 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It will be open to the opposite party to take appropriate action if the petitioner acts contrary to the undertaking extended by him before the Court.
