Ashlam Ansari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accused-petitioner, namely, Akhilesh Jain, in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) Police Station Case No. 77 of 1991, under Sections 341/323/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Heard Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Md. Ashlam Ansari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State. Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
