Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.02.2024 issued by the Principal-cum-Chairman, Promotion Committee, Patna Dental College and Hospital, Bankipur, Patna whereby the petitioner's pay has been fixed in Level-4, whereas it should have been fixed in Level-7 and also ignoring his seniority, junior to him respondent nos. 5 and 6

Patna High Court CWJC No.11570 of 2024(2) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 have been promoted.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Principal-cum-Chairman, Promotion Committee, Patna Dental College and Hospital, Bankipur, Patna - respondent no.3 for redressal of his grievance as prayed for in Para-1 of the writ petition and the respondent no.3 must consider the representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law and see that the petitioner is not discriminated with any other employee of equal status performing same job.

4. With the above observation and direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
