Petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.378 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354-A, 366-A, 376 Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. The victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she used go to for tuition in the house of this petitioner where he used to talk with her about performing of marriage with her. It is further alleged that on the next day she met one lady, Sandhya Kumari. The victim has levelled allegation against Sandhya Kumari that she gave chocolate to eat. Thereafter, she found

Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.378 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
