JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,354B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusation is of abusing the informant by calling the caste name and attempting to assault and snatching jewellery. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 12.4.2015 at 8.30 AM the FIR was registered on 14.4.2015 at 4 P.M. Exact place of occurrence has not been mentioned in the FIR and the petitioners side earlier

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29830 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 lodged two Sanahas against the informant and thereafter the present case has been lodged. More over, accusation is not specific against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur SC/ST P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
