Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxat (T) P.S. Case No. 14-5 registered under sections 25(1-B)A, 26(2)34 of the Arms Act.

The police on getting information that one dreaded criminal namely Sandeep Yadav came at the house of Parmatma Singh, police raided his house but the accused persons made indiscriminate firing and managed to flee away. It is submitted that petitioner was also one of the persons who fire at the police. It is also submitted the several incriminating articles have been recovered from the house .

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15007 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
