Unknown miscreants while became unsuccessful in snatching the motorcycle of the informant, shot at causing injury over his chin as well as shoulder. After registration of the FIR against unknown, one Santosh was apprehended on suspicion who confessed his guilt and also named the petitioner along with others to be his associates during course of commission of crime. However, none of them was put on TIP.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ajeet Kumar @ Ajeet Kumar Mehta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad Risiup PS Case No. 19/2016.
