2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) To issue an appropriate order/s direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 29-06-2020 passed in Name Transfer Case No. 3481 R27/2019-2020/ Dalsinghsarai passed by the Circle Officer, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur whereby and where under he has rejected the Name Transfer case filed by the petitioner for name transfer of his land measuring an area 38 Dec. appertaining to Khata No. 118, Plot No. 615 situated in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12907 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 Mauja- Bhathgama, Thana No. 74, DistrictSamastipur. (ii) To direct the Circle Officer, Dalsinghsarai to transfer the land in favour of petitioner who has purchased the land in question through a registered deed and coming into peaceful possession over the same.
(iii) To any other relief's to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate respondent in next four weeks but there has been delay in challenging the order.
4. Though there is inordinate delay in challenging the order, for the sake of justice, if the petitioner approaches the appropriate respondent in next two weeks with all the relevant documents, the same be entertained and taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
5. The writ petition is disposed with aforesaid observation.
