The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that accused persons started assaulting the doctor and staff of the hospital and also damaged the belongings of the hospital.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. None is said to have been injured in course of the occurrence. The petitioner is alleged to have protested against the careless approach on the part of the doctor, due to which, two persons, could not be saved. Altogether 23 persons are

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S.
