2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 registered under Section(s) 323, 325, 354/B, 376D/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seek to withdraw the present case, with a liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
4. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioners to
