Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on recovery of stolen mobile from possession of Rozy @ Rajia Khatoon, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that actual recovery has not been made from the petitioner. Only on confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has been named in the First Information Report. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29340 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan.
