Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and one Mirza Shamim Anwar Baig @ Shamim Baig @ Ashran Bag are alleged to have shot fire causing death of two sons of the informant. Prayer for bail of co- accused Mirza Shamim Anwar Baig @ Shamim Baig @ Ashran Bag has already been rejected by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jalley P.S.
