JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he took the informant grand son to Muzaffarpur where his blood was extracted and sold by the petitioner. From perusal of the impugned order, I find that except the oral statement of informant and other witnesses including the victim, there is nothing on the record to support the allegation leveled against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 10.06.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
