2. It appears that Cr. Misc. No. 14378 of 2018 stood dismissed in default by order dated 01.12.2022. Thereafter, a restoration application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 70273 of 2023 was filed which was allowed by order dated 01.12.2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 14378 of 2018 was restored.

3. From perusal of order dated 24.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14378 of 2018, it appears that four weeks peremptory time was allowed to the petitioner to file requisites for issuance of notice but the same was not complied and accordingly, once again, Cr. Misc. No. 14378 of 2018 stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order.

4. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 14378 of 2018 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order.
