2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 5/14 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was running a saw mill without licence and when forest officials raided the saw mill he created nuisance with the help of the villagers and did not allow them to seize materials from the saw mill.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the owner of the saw mill and is no way concerned with the saw mill. Moreover, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, petitioner had gone to purchase wood from the aforesaid saw mill. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Forest Case No.29 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
