Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) PS Case No. 664/2017 for the offence under Sections 384/385/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher and he has no criminal antecedent. Allegation based on the report of the Anchal Adhikari dated 23.10.2017 is that the petitioner has threatened the informant with dire consequences.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher and has no criminal antecedent, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68323 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) PS Case No. 664/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also on the condition that one of the bailors should be the Government employee.
