2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh application before the respondent no.6 for redressal of grievances raised in the present writ petition.

3. In view of nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file an application before the respondent no.6 within a period of six weeks from today.

4. In the event, such application is filed by the petitioner within the said stipulated period, it is expected that

Patna High Court CWJC No.18708 of 2021(3) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 the respondent no. 6 shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
