Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47(a)/53(b) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Eight bottles each of 200 ml. Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-09-2016.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
