JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 This is an application for grant of bail for offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. but, as a matter of fact, he has been made accused on the basis of further statement of the informant. Another accused person has already been acquitted in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both the parties and in view of the fact that petitioner is an absconder in this case for four years and he has been arrested and remanded in jail custody on 17.5.2016, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, same is rejected.
