Petitioner seeks bail in Pratapganj P.S.Case No. 60 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant. There is allegation of torture, cruetly and assault against the petitioner for dowry.

Submission is that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and denies the allegation. He is in custody since 30.6.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

S. Case No. 60 of 2021.
